Welcome to 13creativity. By using our website, purchasing fine art prints, or requesting picture framing services, you agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
1. Color Accuracy & Display Variations
We make every effort to display the colors, tones, and fine details of our artwork as accurately as possible. However:
  • Display Settings: Colors viewed on digital screens (smartphones, tablets, desktop monitors) can vary depending on display settings, screen brightness, and color profile settings (RGB vs. CMYK print profiles).
  • Paper Stock & Finishes: Ink absorption and tonal depth vary slightly across different high-quality fine art paper stocks and finishes.
Minor variations between on-screen digital images and physical printed artwork are a standard aspect of fine art printing and do not constitute a product defect.
2. Print Dimensions & Trimming Tolerances
All dimensions listed on 13creativity (e.g., standard A-sizes or custom measurements) are approximate.
  • A standard manufacturing trimming tolerance of up to 1–3 mm may occur during hand-cutting or precision edge finishing.
  • If purchasing external, off-the-shelf frames prior to receiving your print, we advise waiting until physical delivery to ensure an accurate fit.
3. Bespoke Picture Framing & Mockups
  • Bespoke Framing: Frame finishes, wood grains, and corner joins are crafted using natural or composite materials. Natural timber finishes may feature slight variations in grain pattern and tone.
  • Mockup Photography: Visuals demonstrating prints in living rooms, framed displays, or styled environments are for visualization purposes only. Unless explicitly selected as a framed option, artwork is sold unframed.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice
All artwork, fine art prints, digital designs, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of 13creativity or credited collaborating artists, protected under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
  • Personal Use Only: Purchasing a physical art print grants a non-exclusive license for personal display only.
  • Prohibited Reproduction: Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not scan, digitize, reproduce, resell, modify, or commercially exploit any artwork or design without prior express written consent from 13creativity.
5. Shipping & Transit Risk
While 13creativity takes every precaution to package fine art prints and framed works securely:
  • We are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party UK couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, postal disruptions).
  • Claims for transit damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of both the outer packaging and damaged artwork, in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law:
  • 13creativity shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, including third-party framing costs, wall/mounting damage, or incorrect installation.
  • Our maximum liability for any product purchased through this website is strictly capped at the purchase price of that specific order.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
