1. Color Representation & Display Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, and details of our poster prints as accurately as possible. However:

  • Screen vs. Print Differences: On-screen colors may vary slightly from the physical printed product due to variations in monitor calibrations, mobile display settings, screen brightness, and color profiles (RGB vs. CMYK).

  • Paper Stock & Finishes: Textures, paper brightness, and ink absorption vary depending on the chosen paper finish (e.g., matte, lustre, satin, or archival cotton).

Slight variations in color tone or saturation are an inherent part of the printing process and do not constitute a product defect or manufacturing fault.

2. Print Sizing & Trimming Tolerances

All dimensions provided on our website (e.g., A4, A3, A2, A1, or custom inch sizes) are approximate standards.

  • A manufacturing edge-trimming tolerance of up to 1–3 mm may occur during precision cutting.

  • If you are purchasing custom frames prior to receiving your print, we recommend waiting until your artwork arrives to ensure an exact fit.

3. Mockups & Framing Illustrations

  • Mockup Images: Product images featuring posters in living rooms, frames, or styled settings are for illustrative and visualization purposes only.

  • Framing Exclusions: Unless explicitly selected and purchased as a "Framed Print" option, all poster prints are sold unframed. Frames, mounts, and hanging accessories shown in promotional photography are not included.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice

All designs, artwork, graphics, and content available on this website are the intellectual property of [Your Shop/Business Name] or our licensing partners, protected under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

  • Personal Use Only: Prints are sold strictly for personal use, display, and gifting.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party UK couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, Evri) or factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather disruptions, postal strikes).

  • Claims for prints damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic proof of both the outer packaging and the damaged item, in accordance with our [Shipping & Returns Policy].

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UK law:

Processing & Production Times

All art prints are [printed to order / pre-stocked] to maintain the highest quality standards.

  • Unframed Art Prints: Processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.

  • Framed Art Prints: Processed, hand-framed, and dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
